Cooking Directions

Quick and easy steps to perfect Rice Idli

Step 01

Add 1 measure mix (200g) to 1 measure water (250ml) and ½ measure curd (140g) and mix well to form a batter

Step 02

Keep aside for 5 minutes.

Step 03

Steam the batter in an idli cooker/idli vessel for 10 to 12 minutes on medium to high flame. Serve hot Idli with coconut chutney and sambar.
