Cooking Directions

Quick and easy steps to perfect Rava Idli

Step 01

Add 1 measure mix (200g) to ½ measure sour curd (140g) and mix well. Set aside for 1 minute.

Step 02

Add 1 more measure of sour curd (280g) to the batter and mix. Set aside for 2 minutes. Mix the batter well again. You may add finely cut coriander leaves to the mix.

Step 03

Steam the batter in an idli cooker/idli vessel for 10 to 12 minutes on medium flame & serve hot. Serve hot idli with coconut chutney and sambar.
