Classic Chiroti Rava Sheera using Indifeast Chiroti Rava

Ingredients
For the cutlet mixture:
- 1 cup Indifeast Chiroti Rava
- ¾ cup sugar
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 2 cups hot water or milk
- ¼ tsp cardamom powder
- 6–8 cashews
- 8–10 raisins
- A few saffron strands (optional)
Method
Roast the Rava
- Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a pan.
- Add Indifeast Chiroti Rava and roast on low flame until aromatic and light golden.
- Add cashews and raisins; roast briefly.
Cook the Sheera
- Slowly pour the hot liquid into the Rava while stirring continuously
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add sugar and mix well until it dissolves.
- Add 1 tbsp ghee and cardamom powder.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes until soft and silky.
Tips
- Use milk instead of water for richer taste.
- Add banana slices or pineapple chunks for a breakfast twist.
- Adjust sugar as per sweetness preference.
- For a healthier version, reduce ghee and add chopped dates.

- Serve warm with masala chai
